UW Medicine IT Services Web Work Request

Welcome to the automated UW Medicine IT Services New Work Request web page. The purpose of this page is to provide you with a tool for requesting both new web based applications and modifications - enhancements to your existing applications.

We’ve tried to make this as easy and painless as possible while gathering information about your needs that will help us collect the information we need to define scope, prioritization, budget, resource planning, hardware, network requirements, security, capacity planning, scheduling, etc.

A Help Desk ticket will be generated and emailed to you confirming the receipt of your request. You will be contacted by the appropriate staff shortly after that regarding the status of your request.

Items outside the scope of this process include, but are not limited to:

• Mindscape based.
• MAP based.
• Cerner/Orca based work.
