Contacting Microsoft for Support

You can submit a problem ticket to Microsoft via their “no-charge” support website at:

http://support.microsoft.com/directory/onlinesr.asp?SD=GN&FR=0

Select the product from either the “Professional” or “Personal” section.

After making your product selection, select the “Submit a Question Using No-Charge Support” option.

If you do not have a Microsoft Online ID, you will need to create one now before proceeding. After logging on, you will need to enter the “Product ID” for your application.

Follow the online instructions to locate your “Product ID”. You can typically find the Product ID by opening your application and from the menu, select “Help” and choose “About Microsoft…”
