How do I contact the Help Desk?
The IT Services Help Desk is available to provide computer related assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the staff and faculty of UW Medicine. If your problem is urgent, please contact us by phone. Use the email account for non-urgent questions or requests. The emails will be addressed within 24 hours. When you contact the Help Desk by phone you will be greeted by one of our Help Desk Analysts who will be able to either resolve your concerns or contact the appropriate support personnel. Please see our formal service level agreement for terms, scope and details on support. |
